Lauren Nelson is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Equestrian & Country dance enthusiast. Some have to build up to a skill but Massage Therapy, riding and helping others come naturally to Lauren. Lauren is a graduate of the PA School of Massage Therapy and has helped many clients throughout her Massage Therapy career. Connecting with people, (and horses!), is her passion. “If the client is ready to heal, I’m here to help.” Lauren’s friendly, outgoing nature helps to establish long lasting and effective massage relationships with her clients.
Lauren’s techniques include Deep Muscle Therapy, Myofascial Release, Cupping and she is Oncology trained as well. She has helped her clients with sports injuries, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, TMJ, Rotator Cuff injuries and more.
Personally Lauren has a great sense of adventure, entrepreneurial tendencies and loves country line dancing and horseback riding.
