Yoga Instructor
Wren’s yoga journey started seven years ago while working with Olympic-level jumping horses. Long days of traveling and working led her to yoga. She connected with the sacred space and community yoga provided. Yoga soon evolved into a means of improving her mental health and finding physical release. Wren continues to inspire others and embraces her lifelong journey as a student of life.
Wren aims to celebrate the body and promote fun through mindful practices that extend beyond yoga and Reiki. Her sessions emphasize breath and bodily alignment, focusing on self-love and relaxation. She hopes clients leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected to the mind, body, and soul, reminding them that the “real magic goes beyond the mat”.
