This workshop explores Ayurveda, a 5,000 year-old natural system of medicine originating from India. The focus is on the five elements of life and their impact on our physical and mental health. Explore how doshas (an energy that circulates in the body) influence life balance. Learn health, food, digestion and lifestyle choices that support well-being. Discover practical tools to address, fatigue, stress, sleep issues, hormonal imbalances, and digestive concerns. This hands-on experience will include determining your individualized dosha and lifestyle guidance.

Meet Your Instructors
Bindi
Bindi Desai specializes in watercolor and mixed media art and is skilled in creating captivating digital illustrations on her trusted iPad Pro. Even as a child, she knew she wanted to become an artist, instead she went on to earn a Master’s degree in Physics. Despite this, she never stopped pursuing her passion for art, designing beautiful greeting cards while raising her family.
Linda
Linda has dedicated over 20 years to practicing and teaching Usui and Holy Fire® Reiki, as well as Integrated Energy Therapy®. Her extensive knowledge and experience with the human energy system have significantly enhanced her ability to support clients on their self-healing journeys. She has attained Master/Teacher levels in Usui and Holy Fire® III Reiki, Karuna Reiki®, and Integrated Energy Therapy®, and since 2005, she has taught and certified more than 100 students.
Wren
Wren’s yoga journey started while working with Olympic-level jumping horses. Long days of traveling and working led her to yoga. She connected with the sacred space and community yoga provided. Yoga soon evolved into a means of improving her mental health and finding physical release. Wren continues to inspire others and embraces her lifelong journey as a student of life.
Wren aims to celebrate the body and promote fun through mindful practices that extend beyond yoga and Reiki. Her sessions emphasize breath and bodily alignment, focusing on self-love and relaxation. She hopes clients leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected to the mind, body, and soul, reminding them that the “real magic goes beyond the mat”.
Robyn
Robyn Neiderer is an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner with over 20 years of experience as an Adult Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner in PA. She has practiced trauma and critical care at both The Johns Hopkins Hospital and The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, as well as women’s health and primary care medicine. Robyn began incorporating Ayurveda in her own life over three years ago. After consistent lifestyle modifications, and support from her own Ayurvedic practitioner Robyn has improved physical health and sleep habits, balanced daily stress and lost 50 pounds! Robyn’s intention is to help others find their own path to wellness through integration of western/modern and eastern/holistic philosophies of health.
